    Hi

Forgive me if I am asking a question if it’s already answered with some clear guidance for subscribers categorisation. I just could not find the answer in the forum and documentation about subscribers’ categorisation.

I would like to categorise the subscribers / lists under the country or language preference (what ever is easier). For example I have different user databases: general users (to whom I would send the newsletter in English) and separately the user database of only Italian users. While importing the Italian users into the whole Newsletters subscribers I want the Italian users easily to be located / categorised and to be chosen only when I want to send my newsletter only to Italian users (not to the whole list of subscribers) – so basically a customise sending campaign only to Italians in Italian language (since other subscribers would not benefit from the Italian language newsletter).

Can you please kindly guide how to categorise subscribers and help me with the guidance from the importing stage of different country/language database to the sending stage to specific category of subscribers (in this case only Italian subscribers).

    Many thanks
    Regards

If you setup one or more list, you can import those users in a specific list, for example. You can create a “italian” list. Note that a list is like a tag, not a separate list of subscribers, but it can be used as a list.

    Ciao

A great option! I think of buying your Amazon SES Extension. Can you please guide through the best practice to send the particular imported list from the Newsletter to the recipients via Amazon SES?

    Grazie
