ParticipantHello
We just started using your plugin (v3.2.5) and have run into a few issues within our WordPress install. The first one is new; the second one has been an issue since day one.
Since we switched off double opt-in, no one that has subscribed is in any status at all. But they do indeed get the welcome emails. PROBLEM 1: The welcome emails have not updated since I changed them more than 12 hours ago. They are stuck on the old verbiage and old subject line even though I’ve resaved and tested three times. Any thoughts? I was using Cloudflare but switched it off, although I don’t think that anything server-side would be impacted by that add-on.
PROBLEM 2: Once a user subscribes, we get an email on the admin side saying someone subscribed, the user gets their welcome email and thank you page, but under Subscribers, they are nowhere to be seen. 🙁 What is possibly affecting this? Tried going through all settings available but couldn’t figure out a cause; also went back a few pages and didn’t see anything related. Thanks for any help.

KeymasterHi can you provide a link to test the subscription? May be there is a bug with single opt in.
Stefano.

ParticipantHi there Stefano, here’s the link: http://www.urlgone.com/49784d/ The signup box is right at the top center. Thanks for any help you can provide.

ParticipantEven more bewildering is the fact that I switched it to Double Opt In, and then signed up on the home page link that I had sent you, and it still sent the same welcome email, and not the “confirmation email” from the Confirmation page. Just one email, the same one it’s been stuck on, and even the thank you text (“Welcome Message” under Welcome tab) is not changing, either. Looks like nothing at all in the plugin has been updating since I first set it up 🙁 What are my options? People are subscribing and I now have about 50 people that are not listed anywhere except a secondary database I’ve had to manually keep up with on my own — by hand. Not fun 😛 Thanks for any help you can provide.

ParticipantAs a test, I just updated to the latest version of the plugin and signed up someone new. Still the same old messages that don’t exist anywhere in the configuration (that I can see without going into config files/DB).

KeymasterHi, right now I tried a subscription and as you said I got the welcome message directly. This is strange if you set the double opt in… is your blog a standard installation (not a multi site installation)?
If you want provide me an administrative access I can check the whole configuration because the subscription process is really simple and the double opt in should never send a welcome email.
If you want, send the credentials to my personal email: stefano@satollo.net.
Thank you, Stefano.
