    Hi Stefano,

Thanks for the fantastic plugin. I have the 3.0 version and I am wondering whether I am able to view which subscribers have opened my email. Current stats I have only indicated how many have opened.

I also wanted to double check on the ‘show clicks’ filter. When selected, does it show subscribers who have clicked on my links?

I couldn’t find any documentations or forum topics to answer my queries above. If there are, appreciate if you can point me in the direction.

Hi, advanced statistics will be release in the future, they was part of the pro version and not fully ported on free version.

I had the exact same question-how to see who opened the email and what they clicked on?

Is advanced statistics coming soon, or should we upgrade to the pro version?

    Hi Stefano,
I have now purchased the pro version which allows me to track subscribers who have clicked. I tried using the function but it only threw a blank page. Do I need to configure something?

Hi, did you install the report extensions? In which folder?

    I installed it in wp-content/extensions/newsletter.

Also how do i input bounce emails. This was a function available in the free versin under massive actions but I couldnt find it in the Pro version.

    Thanks!

Hi – I tried the report extension again and it works. This time I narrowed my search based on preference. So this issue is resolved.

Only issue left is how can I input bounce mails into the database. This was a function in the free version under massive action but can’t find it in the Pro version. Do I need to start a new thread for this?

You should not use the pro version, you should use the free version plus the extensions. On free version under “subscribers management”, you will find the way to upload your list of bounced addresses.

The pro version is reserved for old customers already using it which have problems to move to the free version plus extensions.

    Stefano.

Oh…. ok.. I got it.. I just reactivated the Newsletter with Report Extensions. Works great. I just need wanted to know how I can find out the subscribers that have clicked on the links. I was able to do it in the pro version but now that i have reactivated the Newsletter, I can’t find the function.

There is no more that feature since on big database was creating a lot of issues. From a report you can set a specific preference to all subscriber who clicked on an email, so you can them mail them all.
