    Hi,

    With the last update to 3.1.9, all the Content of the Subsciption process, that i put in in the previous version, was replaced by the default text.

    Changing back to version 3.1.7 did not solve the problem, my text was gone.

    Ist there anything that i could have done wrong, or should have done? Update was done automatically with wordpress-updates

    Thanks for the help!
    And thanks for the Plugin, that is doing a great job!

    Orp! Very strange. I tried different activation and deactivation without problems. Only in one specific case it could happen, when during the upgrade wordpress is not able to get back the configuration and gives me an empty set, which is considered a first installation.

    Stefano.

    Hi Stefano,

    great, how fast you brought the update;  3.1.20 did the job, everything worked fine.

    Thanks a lot + Happy Easter Holidays

    Just upgraded to 3.2.0.

    After checking this post, I went to check for my subscription settings and unfortunately they were reset to default as described by the other poster.

    I’m not sure when this happened, because I don’t change these settings on a regular basis.

    @LarrssonDK

    But I am pretty sure now: the Update 3.20 works fine in first place. But as soon as you open the Newsletter–Subscription page in the Admin-Panel, die custom texts are being deleted/overwritten by default texts.

    I am not quite sure sure this, but maybe it has something to do with the new Error-Page-Field: if you have already put in your own text here, ist fine and all the other custom content is being kept.  If there is still the (english) default text in this field, all the other fields are being overwritten.

    Sorry, I didn’t see this topic before creating a separate one for the same issue:

    I’ve now made a backup (in MS Word) in case this ever happens again.
