Styling the fields to be side by side instead of vertically aligned?

Can anyone help – my subscription form is at the bottom of my page and it’s displaying all of my fields vertically aligned instead of inline and I’m at my wits end here… I’m trying to fix it using css.

It should probably easy to recode the form. Just use the original one and restructure the HTML.
