Hello all! I did some initial research on this issue and couldn’t find anything, so I thought I would post here. I am currently helping a client (www.russianbluediamonds.com) export their email contacts through this plugin so we can import them over to Infusionsoft. We are running on version 4.0 of WordPress.
When I try to export the csv I get some really strange characters upon opening up the file. I had initially opened in excel and thought it might have just been some sort of character conversion issue with the program. So I redownloaded it and opened it in a text editor but the same characters were still there.
Below is a link to a screen shot of what I’m talking about. It has the file so scrambled that it makes importing it to another platform near impossible.

http://bathauscouture.com/export2.pngHas anyone seen this before and knows of a work around or what the issue might be? There’s nearly 1700 addresses here so I would hate to extract by hand (though I suppose I will if I have to).
