    ISP changed limit on outgoing emails without my knowledge. Now most are being bounced by mail server for being over hourly limit.

    Is there a way I can stop the emails in the outgoing queue?

    Hi you can lower the sending rate on main newsletter configuration or pause the newsletter which are in “sending” status.

    How do I pause the newsletter? Set the sending rate to 0?

    Enter every single newsletter which is in sending status and press the “pause” button.

    On newsletter editing panel when the newsletter is in sending status.
