When ever I try to subscribe a new email to my website main page it opens a blank new window saying “Wrong Email” but if I go into the plugin settings I can easily add a new subscriber manually.
Why does this wrong window thing happen.
the site is http://www.aboutskin.co.nz and the subscribe is the bottom right of the footer.

Because the form is sending to http://www.aboutskin.co.nz/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/do/subscribe.php (which anyway is an old URL, which version of Newsletter are you using?) and something in your blog is redirecting to http://aboutskin.co.nz/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/do/subscribe.php losing all the data.
Ask who setup that kind of redirect to disable it for HTTP POST or change the form action URL.
