Please help me understand how it works or configuration.
We are using Easy WP SMTP plugin and i have unchecked “Force from email” .. there is info@…. email entered
In Newsletter plugin i have set Bounce management – opened new mailbox for this feature and set it up. I send test delivery report, but mail is sent from info mail not from bounced@… which is set in Settings of plugin .. so when I hit test, it doesn’t recognize bounce email ..
What am I doing wrong?
Thank youHi, if you set bounce@ on Newsletter main settings but still the emails are returned to info@ (note: the test on the bounce addon on some configuration could not work), it means the smtp plugin is forcing the address where the delivery failure should be sent.
Ask to the sMTP plugin developers if there is an option to avoid that.
