ShortCode [nesletter] with public list in horizontal ?

Hello, I’m using your free newsletter plugin for now and I’m fine. I have created several Public Lists and am using the [newsletter] shortcode for registration. This shortcode shows me the list of “vertical cascade” lists. is it possible to visually edit this list? maybe put it horizontally or in another graphic way?
