    Hello,

First of all I wanna thank you for such a good Plugin! Using it for some time now and really like it!
Since of today I have a really strange issue though. I’m able to send emails (no error message) but the subscribers won’t receive them! So I checked and sending one with the “WordPress-only thing” works fine.
Already tried to change the sender, return path and reply to email addresses. Nothing works… The only thing I have in mind now is that my provider dumped PHP 5.2 and went to PHP 5.4! Could this be a problem?

    Thanks a lot,
    Philipp

Changes to PHP version SHOULD not interfere, since it is not a major release update. In the diagnostic panel, if you test the emails sent by Newsletter, none of them is delivered? Are you using the SMTP?

Yes none of the 3 is delivered and I’m not using SMTP… could this be because my provider changed something?

May be. Remove the return path and the reply to. Use WordPress as sender name and wordpress@yourdomain.ext for your sender address.

Tried to change those two and it works with another sender name just fine! The sender email address is the problem?! What can I do about that?

You provider require the sender email to use the domain of your blog (I suppose).

Hmm but I’ve used this sender email all the time and it’s just newsletter@mydomain.at

So it can be the return path or the reply to. Try to add them one at once e see what happen.

If I’m using no return or reply it doesn’t work with this address either. If I’m using just news@… it works. So there must be something wrong with the standard address

Are news@ a real address? Some provider require a real address on the sender field.
