Sending different welcome emails based on language or other preference/list

Hi,
I integrated the plugin into a clients website and the site has multiple languages(arabic and english).

How can I send a different email, based on the users language(I add them to different lists).
Also how can I show them different welcome/confirmation pages?

Actually it’s not possible. Or, if you create a custom confirmation/welcome page maybe your multilanguage plugin can show the right page version to the subscriber.
