    Hi,

    I sent a test-newsletter to the test-users.
The newsletter is as simple as possible (Subject: Test; text: works?),
    made from the “blank”-Template.
The e-mail will not deliver to any of these accounts.

The users are declared as test-users, I changed from default to 64bit (encoding),
but no e-mail will be deliverd.

On the other hand, if I do the newsletter-test in the diagnostic-panel, the e-mail
    will be deliverd.

I have no entry in the error-log.

Can I hope, that if sending a normal newsletter to the confirmed users, the e-mail will pass?

    Thanks and cu

Which test is working from the diagnostic panel? Both the send with WP and the send with Newsletter?

Both tests from the diagnostic panel are working.

If tests works there are no reasons to have the newsletter tests not working. May be the provider is filtering your emails? Can you compose a really blank newsletter without link and just few lines of text?

I did that. Only Subject: Test; text: works.
If the provider filters the e-mails, why not the tests from diagnostic panel
and configuration e-mail and welcome e-mail?

Another test now worked without any problem.
Only difference: there were two test-users defined, not only one…

Uhm, this is rather strange. An the test with two subscribers delivered both the emails?

    Exactly.
Meanwhile I did another test with 4 testusers.
No problems. Everybody received the e-mail.
I think, we can close this thread now, thanks for your support.
