    Hello,

    I tried to read the various messages of the forum but I don’t seem to find my subject. Sorry if I missed it.

    My problem is that the sender email address and sender name both look perfectly configured in the configuration panel, but when a newsletter is sent it is not sent with these parameters, instead the “real name” from my website host I guess is showing.

    ex: I would like my newsletter to be sent from “newsletter@shimmerandshine.juloki.com” as suggested, but instead my subscribers are receiving emails from “julokico@box962.bluehost.com”. Is there a way to force this name?

    I tried to send test emails from the diagnostic panel and even the one that says “You should see it to come from the email address you set on basic Newsletter plugin setting.” has the “real” name, not the one I set up…

    How can I fix this ?

    Ask the provider, they’re replacing the sender email address. Usually that happens if the configured address is not a real mailbox.
