Send newsletter to wp users ONLY

I’m trying to send a newsletter to wp users only, but when I select the option, the system indicates that I only have one user (when in fact, I have a few hundred). Any ideas?

Did you import the already registered users? See the subscriber management panel.

I went to the subcriber panel and found the function “Import”. I wonder if I have to export my wp users first in a csv and then import them here?

No, the wp users are linked to one-to-one create subscribers.
