    I have recently updated to the Version 3.0.9of Newsletter and can’t find where you can send the mail to all users from wordpress, the old version gave you the option to to this or just send to your subscribers, any idea how to send mail to all users? Thank you

    There is no more such option since it was impossible to manage the unsubscription. But on subscriber panel you can “import” the user as subscribers and then send them a newsletter, so they can unsubscribe.
