    Hello,

I have been using your plugin for quite soem time now and it is great! Especially the latest updates – they are so much more organized and have so much options and stats!

I have a problem with a website I am using the plugin on:

    http://babysling-bg.com/_wp_/wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_emails_edit&id=7

When I try any action with the newsletter – Save, Send,… the browser redirects me to a custom “404 Not Found” wordpress page:

    http://babysling-bg.com/_wp_/

What I see is that it redirects me to the WordPress homepage, but since my WP installation is in a subfolder (for security reasons) I suppose it redirects me to the wrong page. Can you let me know whare I should change the code so that it works?

Thank you very much in advance!

Hi, I have a similar problem on another blog where the apache installation (or something like) has a filter that intercept the cookie ui-tabs-* when valued to 1. That cookie is set by jquery.

Are you able to delete only that cookie on your browser just before saving?

    Stefano.

    Hello Stefano,

I have a cookie named ui-tabs-1, value = 0. I deleted it before saving, but the result was the same.

Hi, so I need an administrative access to check the problem… if you want me to try send an account to my email address: stefano@satollo.net.

    Thank you.

    Stefano.

Stefano, you’ve been great with your help! Thank you!

It seems the issue was WordPress Firewall, which blocked the Save / Send requests as suspicious requests. I usually don’t get that issue, because I whitelist my IP address from the Firewall plugin settings, but in this case I had forgotten to do so.

    Thank you!
