Same Newsletter database on multiple sites

Hi

Is it possible to share the same database on several sites. And I how I accomplish this ?
I currently have the newsletter setup on site A ( widget installed in main sidebar) – Now on site B I would like it to be possible to sign-up for same newsletter as site A. How is this accomplished ?

You can use the generated form code for the subscription in other sites. Of course the user will be directed to the original site welcome page.

How exactly can I generate a form code for subscription? I only find the shortcode.
