Refreshing Newsletter for New Posts?

I have edited a newsletter theme which takes recent posts from my blog and sent it once. Now, I have new posts and I would like to use the same newsletter theme I made, but it shows me only the old posts – it doesn’t refresh.

Do I have to edit a theme all over again, every time I want to send this saved newsletter? Isn’t there a option to refresh once saved theme so it can grab new posts?

You need to create a new newsletter, otherwise you cannot have any report on how a newsletter engage your readers. When a newsletter is sent it should considered “frozen”.
