reactivation url not working in form

Hi, I’m trying to use reactivation url shortcut to allow suscribers to reactivate their suscription but not from the newsletter link send on mails, but when they have been along time unsuscribe and they come back and they perform a new register, because they are un the wp database they recieve an error message where they have a link using the reactivation_url shortcut but it does not reactivate their accounts. I know by reading the documentation that reactivation url uses a token to identify the suscriber to reactivate it. Is there any way to recognice in the case they are resubing again by the form?
