    When editing newsletters the blocks and settings on the right side are not appearing

    Hi, probably there is a cached CSS, try with CTRL-F5 to force a complete page reload.

    No, it’s a problem on Firefox (at least for me it can be reproduced on Firefox). I’m releasing an update.

    I’ve been away from my website for a month or so and I’m not a website expert by any means. The Newsletter dashboard isn’t functioning like before – it’s just text in both Firefox and Safari. I see the plugin was updated 20 hours ago but my dashboard still looks the same.

    Hi, use CTRL-R to force a page reload, probably your browser is caching the old styles. Or emptying the browser cache, is an alternative attempt.

    Thanks for the replay Stefano. I’ve tried on various browsers in Mac and Windows and cleared all the caches and reboots and all that.

    I’ve put an image here – gogovfunding.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/TNP-Image-2.png. I’m thinking a TNP reinstall might be the next step.

    Hello! The same problem! Try different Browsers, clear the cache…

    I can find the Blocks, but i could not use them.
    You can not active one of this Block. The challenge exists since the last update! I’m realy thankful for every ideal, greetings

    Hi, in the admin side the CSS are not loaded, try to reinstall the plugin, nothing will be lost (contacts, options, …).

    I’ve reinstalled the plugin however the style has not changed. I’ve tried with the plugin both activated and deactivated. I’ve cleared browser caches as well.

    Thanks for this but I have cleared every browser and every cache and nothing looks right. I’ve even gone to a Windows computer and tried browsers there.

    My apologies if I am doing something wrong. I am to the point where I am going to delete and reinstall.

    Hello Again! So i try different Browsers, clear the cache, reinstall the plugin and start a backup (2 weeks Old, without the error) but nothing works…perheps you have a other ideal? thank you

    Je rencontre les mêmes problèmes avec la nouvelle mise à jour à savoir des problèmes d’affichage. De plus, il m’est impossible de modifier ou créer une newsletter ▶️ https://zupimages.net/up/23/08/ezs2.png
    J’ai procédé à tous les tests et tout fonctionne correctement pour ce qui concerne l’envoi. J’ai utilisé plusieurs navigateurs en vidant le cache au préalable et j’ai également désinstallé et réinstallé le plugin mais rien à faire…

    Hi, try to update to version 7.6.6, we change the CSS path: if you still see that bad interface, your browser or your server is still using very old files. Try to login with an anonymous browser window.
