Problem with multilingual newsletter – how to define the language

Hello,

I want to use the multilingual newsletter (English & German) and I found this guide to set it up:

I understand how to do it but I have a problem to define the language to the newsletter, depending on which theme I´m using.

When using the “blank” theme to create the newsletter I have options to choose the language of the newsletter. In my case I want to use a different (more comfortable) theme “Responsive Drag & Drag Composer”. Unfortunately when choosing this theme (or any other) there is no menu item to choose the language!

As I´m only choosing the theme I think I don´t make it wrong as the option does appear on the “blank” theme. What have I to do to find this choosing option or can I change the language afterwards when the newsletter is already created?

Any help would be very much appreciated!
