    Hi
    I sent out 1900 emails using the Mailersend addon. The newsletter plugin tells me that it has sent out all the emails, but in reality, I can see on Mailersend that only 1000 emails were actually sent.

    When I ran a test sending, I received the error message:
    “FAILED (Http error 429 – { “message”: “Daily API quota limit was reached.” })”
    because my account on Mailersend has this limit.

    The question is, why does the plugin tell me that all the emails were sent? Shouldn’t they have remained in a queue or in an error state?

    Hi, usually when the addon find a fatal error like that, it should block and show an admin notice, I’ll ask the devs to check it, could be an error.

    Hi, devs changed the error management to block when an error is detected, a finer control will be added shortly. Meanwhile you can update the addon to version 1.0.2 (you may need to save the main Newsletter options to see the update).

    Hello Stefano,
    I have another problem, always error 429, but this time it says “too many attempts.”

    The newsletter I’m sending is encountering an error and getting stuck. When I enter the newsletter and click “continue,” it sends more emails and then gets stuck again.

    Currently, I’m sending approximately 800 emails. It has already happened to me twice before, once after around 120 emails and the second time after 400 emails sent.

    I’m still using the Mailersend addon (updated as you suggested).
    I checked the logs, and I only found this indication:

    21-06-2023 15:04:20 – FATAL – 7.8.5 – 87.9 MB/256 MB – [cron] > Http error 429 – {
    “message”: “Too Many Attempts.”
    }

    What can I check?
    Thank you.

    Should I open a new topic or can I continue on this one?

    Thank you
