problem with Automated

Hi,

Everything is working fine with the plugin, however when I try to set up Automated newsletter, I have this message: “On last run there was no new contents and the newsletter has not been generated” “Test newsletter has not been created, probably a block stopped it.”
It’s weird because the template is working fine and shows me the latest custom posts. I have tried the “reset as it never run” but it doesn’t change anything.

Do you have any advices please?

Hi, for the automated addon, please open a ticket to our support. Anyway when you create a template, the composer shows the last posts without checking the dates to let you see the final formatting, when the newsletter is being generated a check for new posts is made to not send duplicates.
