Potect Newsletter with a Password

Dear Sirs,

thank you for the answer in advance.
so, i have a website which can modified per 3 Administrators,so i would like to let the possibilty to the administrators to do modifications as always but i would like to protect the Subscribers that no one could see them but just me.
do i have a possibility to do that?
