My client reported to me that her newsletter plugin was not showing on her dashboard. I took a look, and sure enough, it’s not there, but it is activated. I had seen this behavior before when it didn’t play well with another plugin. Therefore, I deactivated all plugins but The Newsletter Plugin. It still did not show up so, I then changed themes just to see if it would work. It does when I don’t use my theme. I use Thesis for my client’s website. Any idea how I can get this fixed A.S.A.P.?
