Paginate over /wp-json/newsletter/v1/subscribers

Hello,
I’m successfully executing REST requests against /wp-json/newsletter/v1/subscribers and pulling back the last 20 subscribers.

I’d like to pull back more than the last 20 subscribers. I don’t see any sort of “paginate” or “start” parameter… Does something exist?
