    As the subject, notice message has shown on page when using [newsletter] short code:
    Notice: Undefined index: sex_status in /wp-content/plugins/newsletter/subscription/subscription.php on line 1195

    How to fix this issue?

    Save the profile form fields panel, I’ll add a check on next version.

    ps: probably you should disable the wp_debug in wp-config.php on a production server.
