    Upon reactivation/resubscription, I see that the profile/user ID has changed. Because of that, if the User will be referring to the old welcome email, a no subscriber message will be seen.

    How can we automatically resend a new welcome email with the updated profile/user ID after reactivation?

    After a second confirmation a new welcome email is sent: what do you mean with “User will be referring to the old welcome email”?

    Hi Stefano,
    I mean if the User that reactivated his subscription will be referring to the old/initial/original welcome email, a no subscriber message comes up since reactivating the subscription means a new user/profile ID.

    Anyway, I’m using the latest version and upon reactivating the subscription on the profile page (where it says upon cancelling “if this is an accident, you can reactivate your subscription”), no email is sent which would be needed for the user to access his new profile page.
