    Hi,

    I purchased the upgrade, received a confirmation from CLKBANK, but never received any login details at all from The Newsletter … I have now been charged, but have no way of accessing the product to download. Anyway of speeding up the process to get these details?

    I have check spam folders and everywhere I can think of, but no email was sent to me.
