When a subscriber confirmed send a new form subscription, there is no error message. The process goes to end with no error.
Normally, he should received an error page with: Mail address bloqued or already stored.
Is there a way to solve?
NB: the “new” subscriber is only one time in the list, even he make 3 times the subscription
Hi, we’re going to introduce that option. Actually since the account is unique but you can have different Subscription forms ending on different lists, or list combintations, showing an error would be a bad experience for the user. More, a subscriber which re-subscribe means he forget to be already member and it’s not very good to say him “you are already subscribers”, without the opportunity to reach his profile. so a new process should be added enabling the already subscribed user to get an email with a personal link to edit the profile…
