No Download or activation link

Hello there,
I purchased your plugin, but i dont have any activation mail or access to my downloads yet after 5 hours of purchase. I tried to contact via contact form but no reply, also tried on twitter but no reply there either..

I am very much disappointed in purchase.

If some on can help me out will be great else, i will have to open dispute at credit card company.
