    Hello,

Thank you in advance for your kind help.

I am using the latest version of the plug-in.

On a single opt-in works fine but when I select double opt-in the system does not send the confirmation email so people can not fully sign up.  Any ideas how can I fix this?

    The URL is: http://www.vallartaescapes.com/go/subscribe-to-our-monthly-newsletter/

    Thank you!

Hi, have you tried to test the plugin from diagnostic panel? It seems a problem of the mail server? Who is your provider?

    Stefano.

Hi, confirmation emails DO NOT depend on crons or delivery engine, so they should go out suddenly. Have you tried an email test from the diagnostic panel?

Those test emails are correctly delivered?

    Stefano.

    Yes, they worked properly.

Ok, bug found. You form is using the old format and a recent modification to be compatible with some installation creates the problem.

You can change the form action to the new one in the meanwhile (see the generated form code on subscription/form fields panel) and remove from the subscription form the hidden field “na”.

I’m patching it right now, hope to release this night.

    Stefano.

I copy/pasted the code you suggested but there is no hidden field “na” in it.

    Still doesn’t work.

Thank you very much for your time and your patience!

This is very odd. Can you send me an administrative access to stefano@satollo.net so I can debug it?

    Stefano.
