    Hello,

I have been using your plugin successfully for many months sending out an email every Monday at 9 a.m. EST. Today the email was not received. I logged into WordPress and went to:
    https://lawnews.hofstra.edu/wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_main_main
And I now see the following error:
“The license seems expired or not valid, please check your license code and status, thank you.”
I still have the same license key entered.

Why did the plugin stop working?

    Mike

    Hello Mike,

it seems that your annual subcription is expired. You can renew it here.
Or, you can also continue using our plugin for free without the access to premium extensions updates (but the plugin will continue to work as normal, even with that message).

    Best regards,
    Michael

    Michael,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

The plugin generated the weekly email, but beginning today, no one received the email. This page notes the latest newsletter was sent to 50 users with zero opens:
    https://lawnews.hofstra.edu/wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_statistics_view&id=103

Any ideas on why no one would have received the latest email? Is there any way I can run a test to try to troubleshoot the issue?

    Mike

You site seems protected by a basic auth, hence the cron system of wordpress cannot be triggered. That could be the problem.

    Stefano.
