This is Indigo 21 Support on behalf of Emmeline, we are having an issue regarding on the License Key of this Plugin as it was saying that the license seems expired or not valid even we already purchased the said Plugin. According to this link https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/premium, it was not included that we need to renew the premium version every year. We want to know why do we need to renew the premium version yearly, even though we already purchased it? May we request a service agreement form (Terms and Conditions) for purchasing this premium version?
