newsletter plugin is not visable on widget page

    I have uploaded the folder in to the proper plugin folder on several of my WP sites but it does not appear on the widget page on any of them.
    I have checked the permissions.

    anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong?

    Hi, the plugin should be listed in you plugin panel and should be activated.
    Can you write me the steps you followed?
