Newsletter Plugin Beginner Help!

Hi There,
I am new to this – my blog consists of two main categories – food and fashion. Currently I have my wordpress account set to notify followers everytime I do a post, however I want to start posting more fashion content and do not want my food followers to get annoyed constantly receiving updates. Is it possible to set up a newsletter that just gets sent once a week with all the posts for that week?

I now have another problem.. I don’t seem to have a “Plugin” panel section on the left hand side of my dashboard near users/appearance, is there a reason this might be?

But are you the administrator of your blog? If you have your blog on wordpress.com or similar, you won’t be able to install plugins.
