I can receive emails from the Diagnostics but if I just set up a simple email when I click “Save & test” I get the response “Test emails sent to 2 test users.” but I never get the emails. This just started today. I used the program last week with no problems. I haven’t made any changes.
Here is my issue now. I got 3 test emails set. It only sends it to the test email with the same domain. The other 2 emails never receive it. But when I goto diagonstics and send test emails all 3 emails work. I tried to send a message. Says it was working but nobody was receiving my email.
It doesn’t seem to be my provider. Everything worked great about 2 weeks ago. No changes were made. I am updated to your current version. I backed up and deleted all my contacts. I only have 3 email that are registered. All of them are mine. I tested all 3 emails in Diagnostic and received all test emails. But when I send a real newsletter I only get it to the email which has the same domain that I am sending it from. The other 2 emails are not receiving. I checked the spam folders and nothing.
