    I can receive emails from the Diagnostics but if I just set up a simple email when I click “Save & test” I get the response “Test emails sent to 2 test users.” but I never get the emails.  This just started today.  I used the program last week with no problems.  I haven’t made any changes.

    It may be a problem of your provider: have you checked the spam folder? From diagnostic panel, are you testing with the same address of the test subscribers?

    Here is my issue now. I got 3 test emails set.  It only sends it to the test email with the same domain.  The other 2 emails never receive it.  But when I goto diagonstics and send test emails all 3 emails work.  I tried to send a message.  Says it was working but nobody was receiving my email.

    It doesn’t seem to be my provider.  Everything worked great about 2 weeks ago.  No changes were made.  I am updated to your current version.  I backed up and deleted all my  contacts.  I only have 3 email that are registered.  All of them are mine.  I tested all 3 emails in Diagnostic and received all test emails.  But when I send a real newsletter I only get it to the email which has the same domain that I am sending it from.  The other 2 emails are not receiving.  I checked the spam folders and nothing.

    Did you try to compose a simple email or are you using a complex content one?

    Yes, even the simple email only goes to the 1 account with the same domain.  Not all 3.

    I really don’t know what’s happening. One of the test email should be perfectly identical to the ones sent composing as newsletter so there are no real reason to have them not delivered.

    Would you send me (at stefano@satollo.net) an administrative credential so I can do some test on my own?
