ParticipantHi Guys,
I have been using the Newsletter Pro plugin for around 2 years and I am very impressed with it. Currently we have 4500 subscribers.
Recently Ive been unable to send the newsletter out automatically, it continually hangs and has to be sent in manual batches. Ive tried the usual solutions of tuning it off and on with no actual results. We’re on a standalone server, so adjusted PHP memory and execution time limits with no effect.
Im lost – need some pro help!

InactiveHi there,
I have also been using this plug-in for a few years. Since upgrading to 3.0 my newsletters are not sending at all, even manually. I have tried reinstalling, but it is still not working. When I use the diagnostic, it only sends from the WordPress email admin. Any ideas on how to fix it?
Thanks

MemberHi,
I tried first time to send Newsletters with Newsletter plugin, I coded own layout, but I can’t send any mail from it, but test emails only to some email services, not for example to Gmails. I read these two and I must say that I am very disappointed.
Anyway, Suscribers part of the plugin is not good, because there is not shown the list of emails at once on any scene. I thought first that I’m almost there after coding own newsletter, but no, I can’t send any newsletters.
Is this because of the update of the plugin????

KeymasterHi, Newsletter, from version 2.5, does not support manual sending of email. It has a delivery engine (look the relative documentation on newsletter offiacial page) that must be triggered in the right way.
Try to check on documentation of delivery engine if the exaples can solve your problems.

MemberI have read hours and hours about delivery engine and I had already done account on GoDaddy, but where there is some delivery engine account making? It doesn’t found by searching with key word and the whole site GoDaddy is place, where seems to almost impossible even buy anything.
Your documentation doesn’t tell nearly anything about delivery engines. There’s screenshots about some parts of the Newsletter plugin on this page’s foot,
https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/plugins/newsletter/newsletter-delivery-engine
but I can’t find those scenes from the plugin. It would be very helpful if you add a couple straight links to delivery engine pages what are working with Newlsletter plugin, not GoDaddy’s frontpage because it does not help.
Where are those scenes on the link I posted on the plugin?
Another thing about the plugin, why you haven’t done any page where is possible to see subscriber list?

KeymasterThe delivery engine is part of Newsletter, has nothing to do with GoDaddy (and GoDaddy is not good to send emails, it has too many restrictions).
About the subscribers, there is a full panel to search and modify subscribers.
