I created a newsletter and sent it out. I received it, then realized I needed to send out a corrected version. I did that, but after sending I have not received it.
It looks like it sent to 750 people, but only 59 opened it. The previous batch there were 450 opens… and I never got it in my mailbox.
Thanks for the quick response. The version is 3.4.2. It doesn’t have tracking active. Statistics say 749 were sent, but no one on my team got them… check junk mail/spam folders
Uhm, very strange. May be you’re reaching the daily provider limit or something like? The provider should be able to say if the dropped the emails for some reasons. Can you try to ask them?
