Need URGENT Help – unsubscribe not working

Ok, newsletter plugin here: http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/

The unsubscribe link is redirecting to the newsletter archive page – for example: http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/do/profile.php?nk=364-44b14ccaf0

This url (which shows up in the email) doesn’t work either: http://www.natural-holistic-health.com/?na=p&nk=8-2628307e02

These are NOT unsubscribed users – they are confirmed users and should have active profile pages.

I have NO idea how to fix this. I have deactivated all plugins and tested – it still doesn’t work.

I emailed you my admin login information (from support at remedies4.com)

Hi the plugin redirects to the page is set on subscription configuration panel. Probably it is set to your newsletter archive page.
