    HI there
I have this message on the backend … but I don’t see anything in the statistics area that relates to it.

    Anyone?

There is a new option avoid to hit spam filters available on statistics panel. Check it out.

Also, another question on the Statistics panel; please see this pic: http://imgur.com/oHXrqfC

Should the second line say “Subscribers who only open the email”? (if that is the case, how does it tell that they are reading it?)
And should the orange row at the bottom say “only opened”?

    thanks.

See the main statistic panel under the newsletter menu entry.

    There are no options there

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_statistics_index

    nor under

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter-reports%2Fview.php&id=XX

    thanks.

Hi, could you share a screenshot of the page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_statistics_index? I have checked our default installation for a possible bug before writing back to you.

    Thank you.

The option is the tracking url option in your screenshot.

Thanks – but I’d suggest the message is reworded to make it clearer as to what it actually means.

I did try that option but most of the links in the message I sent did not work.

Could you also advise re my other query:

Open or read mean the same thing. How can you know if your paper letter has been read even if you find out that the envelope has been opened?

Then what is the difference between the two top graphs:

    “Subscribers who read the email”
    and
“Subscribers who only read the email”
