Making newsletter multilingual

Hi, is there any way to add another language to the plugin? I need the subscription form, subscription steps and confirmation e-mails to display in two languages (according to visitor’s preference). I’m using WPML plugin and .po file only contains admin menu strings and messages.

Single newsletter will be sent in english but I want to make subscription multilingual.
