i updated your plugin (in a site that’s not mine) and i have trouble…
the newsletter are send, but the link inside aren’t working.
the plugin change the link…
before sending the mail the links is :
and after i send the link is totaly absurd (mydomaniname/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/statistics/link.php?r=MTU3OzQyODQ1O2h0dHA6Ly93d3cucmF2ZW5uYWVkaW50b3JuaS5pdC9yYXZlbm5hLW5vdGl6aWUvNDAyMDYvaXNjcml6aW9uaS1zb2xvLW9ubGluZXBlci1sZS1zY3VvbGUtbWF0ZXJuZWluaXppYS11bmEtbnVvdmEtZXJhLmh0bWw7)
thank you for answers
grazie mille!January 9, 2014 at 5:08 pm #10213
Disable the link tracking. If you want to track clicks, the link will be transformaed in this way.January 9, 2014 at 5:16 pm #10214NiuraParticipant

It’s really strange that the domain is not there. Or there is a replacement problem. On main wordpress settings the domain is correctly written? Have you a multisite installation?March 12, 2014 at 7:01 pm #10680
Everything with WP settings are ok. Domain address is correct, double-checked it. And i have only 1 website on server… Also i disabled link tracking, so now my links are working fine, but unsubscribe link still experiences same problem:
still cant find any solution.March 16, 2014 at 8:52 am #10703
Hi, to debug that problem the only way is to get an administrative access to the blog and change the plugin code. If you want I may find a slot this week. Let me know.March 16, 2014 at 12:53 pm #10709
It would be awsome if you could help. I have admin rigts to site. My email is email@example.comMarch 20, 2014 at 11:17 am #10724fucineParticipant
Stefano, regarding the link tracking system, for example: http://domain.ext/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/statistics/link.php?r=NjsyO2h0dHA6Ly9udW92by5jb211bmlzdGktaXRhbGlhbmkuaXQvMjAxNC8wMy8xNy9wZGNpLWUtbGlzdGEtdHNpcHJhcy1yaXNvbHV6aW9uZS1hcHByb3ZhdGEtZGFsLWNvbWl0YXRvLWNlbnRyYWxlLWRlbC0xNi1tYXJ6by0yMDE0Lzs%3D
… I see that such links do not work, not at all: blank page. As long as the tracking system is enabled by default for all newsletters sendings I kindly ask you to just verify whether or not could it (i.e.: such stange behaviour) depend on mod_security ruleset. Such a very long URI could be perhaps intrepreted as hack attempt, isn’t it?
Going to purchase a membership: do you confirm that the “personal blog” one could be used for a single domain, while for multiple installations we need the developer license? Thanks for all, e.-March 20, 2014 at 11:20 am #10725fucineParticipant
And, furthermore: could it also depend on the fact that “Reports for Newsletter” extension is not installed (I’m running the free version of your wonderful plugin)? Thanks, e.-March 20, 2014 at 5:11 pm #10740
The mod security block some link due to a single quote at the end, believing it’s an hacking attempt. I’m working to change the format of the tracking links to avoid that.
The reports extension is only a visualizer, it does not change the link tracking behavior.
