Just 60% Confirmation Rate with Double Opt in

Hi,
as mentioned in the titel is use the Newsletter Plugin and just 60% of the people who enter their email adress click the link in the confirmation email.

I think this percentage is really low? Or is this the norm? I checked it with my own email adress and the confirmation emails always arrived, so i think the other people will get the confirmation email.

Pete, it really depends on you subscription page, what are you giving with the subscription and so one. There is no a “correct confirmation rate”.

I thought perhaps I made a mistake with the configuration, and it could be a technical Problem.

I think i have to improve my email text and my Opt In Page 😉

Anyway a check of the server against black lists should be done. Give me the address of a page where I can subscribe and I can check it for you.
