    Hi

I am having trouble with an import of subscribers. I have created a csv have the correct column headings (email, first name, last name). I select the correct separator however I get an error message [invalid email] for every record. The csv is created on a mac.

Could you please advise what the issue is?

    Thanks

Hi there was a problem that should be fixed on latest version. Is the problem still there?

    Hi

Your support is very very slow! Could you please resolve the above – why is the import not working?

    Thanks

Hi, for priority support, please open a ticket. Did you already have an active ticket on this problem? Then, could you paste here an example of data you’re importing?

    Hi

No I don’t have a ticket open as I don’t have access to your ticket system … if I did have access to this then I would have lodged a ticket. I also can’t upload a file here to show you the file, nor can I upload data here as it is a public forum.

I opened this topic 7 days and still have not had the issue resolved. I would imagine that importing data is a very common requirement … so could you please advise what the issue is? Or provide a response where I can give you private information for you to be able to quickly resolve this.

    Regards

Hi, could you copy a line of your csv here? Should not be a problem. Tickets are available to customer, this forum is for the free features of a free plugin.
