I get blank test email

    Hi,

    I am doing my first test with my client for our newsletter. I have used the Theme-1 theme for building it. I have only used only 1 image in the header (our logo) and wrote 4 simple paragraph, nothing fancy. I tested the email 3 times. Everytime I get a blank email. The subject is right but no source, nothing!

    This forum has a solution. I have checked in the source code of my newsletter to see if I could find double <style… tags. But there is no style tag, just style attributes inside HTML tags. I have also tried to change the base encoding of the email to base 64 in the setting, but didn’t work. I still get a blank email.

    Any help?

    Have you tried to read the email on different clients? gmail, hotmail, thunderbrd? Just to understand if it’s a problem of the email reader you’re using.
