i want to style the newsletter form placed at the footer.

i want to place SUBSCRIBE button next to the Email box.
what do i have to do move this box up?

How do i reduce the font size and change the color of word Email? i see that it is inherited by P. not sure where can i make this change..

basically i want it to look exactly like this
