How to resend a newsletter to new, or a selected number of, subscribers?

How can I send a newsletter to new subscribers only? I don’t want to resend to the entire subscriber list. Is there a way to do that?

No, it’s not possible to send a newsletter to new subscribers, when a newsletter is sent it’s “closed”. Anyway the system won’t know what of the sent newsletter to send, may be the last or maybe not, because the newsletters could have few targeting options active.
