How to customize subscribers dashboard..?

Hi,
I am using a subscription form. In there I am using 5 extra profile fields.

What I need to do is I need to show all form field values in Subscribers’ dashboard as it is showing First Name, Last Name, Email, Preference etc.

My questions as follows
1. is this possible..?
2. if it is possible, what is the way I can do this..?
